What are your fees?
We charge a flat fee of 20% of the net proceeds the owner receives. We have ZERO hidden fees. We do not take any portion of the cleaning fee.

Do you have cleaners in my area?
Yes- We have access to a large network of cleaners all over the US!

Can you help me set up my Airbnb?
Yes! If you are new to short term rental investing, we have helped clients in the past, locate properties, set them up(furniture, appliances, etc) and market their property to make it profitable for them.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
As your short-term rental partner, we’re here to stay. And we hope you are, too. We ask you sign a one year contract. This allows us to market your property through all seasons, however you can cancel with a 60 day notice.

Are there restrictions on how often I can use my home?
Your home is—first and foremost—yours. You’re welcome to reserve your home for personal stays whenever you’d like, provided (of course!) that you honor any guest reservations that are already on your calendar. Other than that, Travel Furnished doesn’t place any restrictions on how often you can visit or how long you can stay.
